Simplicity 3931; ca. early 1960s; Junior and Misses' Two-Piece Dress with Two Skirts: Top has a lowered neckline, back button closing and is gathered at waistline into shaped peplum. V. 1 has short set-in sleeves, patch pockets and top-stitching trim. Slim skirt has gathers at waistline, left side zipper closing and back kick pleat. V. 2 sleeveless top has self fabric bow. Softly pleated skirt has back opening under pleat.
