Simplicity 4199; ca. early 1960s; Toddler's Coat with Detachable Collar, Hat and Tapered Pants: Lined coat is gathered to yoke and features long sleeves, front button closing and patch pockets. V. 2 contrasting detachable collar with lace edging trim is worn over self collar. Lined V. 1 pants have waistband in front, elastic at back waistline, left side zipper closing and suspenders buttoned to front waistband. Lined hat, all views, has corded piping and ribbon tie ends. V. 2 may be trimmed with lace edging.
