Simplicity 4452; ca. 1962; Men's Short Shirts: Shirt, V. 1 and 2, has front closing with a pointed band, patch pocket and pointed lower edge. V. 1 and 3 has a button and loop closing, top-stitching detail and straight lower edge with slits at lower ends of side seams.
