Simplicity 4965; ca. 1963; Child's and Girls' Jiffy Beachdress, Top and Shorts: "Simple to Make". Beachdress is straight-cut and sleeveless, and has a bateau neckline and back zipper closing. There are slit openings at lower edge of side seams. V. 2 neckline is detailed with braid, and a purchased tie-belt is worn at waistline. V. 3 top is same as dress. Shorts have an elasticized waistline; fabric contrasts top.
