Simplicity 7442; ©1976; Misses' Unlined Blazer, Bias Skirt and Pants: V. 1 and 2 pants with fly front zipper have side pockets, waistband and carriers. V. 3 skirt has back zipper and waistband. The blazer with pockets in side front seams has yoke, front button closing, notched collar and long set-in sleeves with sleeve bands. V. 1 has corded piping. V. 3 features skirt, blazer, yoke and sleeve bands of contrasting fabric.
Suggested fabrics: Denim, chambray, poplin, chino, duck, flannel, tweed. V. 1 and 2 also in lightweight wool, double knit. Additional notions: Thread. Trousers or Skirt – seam binding or stretch lace, 7” zipper. Trousers – one 5/8” buttons. Blazer – bias seam binding or stretch lace, three ¾” buttons. Pattern has 20 pieces and 2 instruction sheets.
