Neckline is rounded. Skirt has slits at side seams for easy walking. In view 3 bias trim below bustline fastens with a buckle at center front. Bias trim is stitched at hipline in view 4.

I made view 3 but replaced the belt with a ruffle trim. Also, I slightly tapered the bottom to make this more of a wiggle instead of a sheath.
