- circa 1963, Simplicity 5254 Proportioned Culottes in Two Lengths: Culottes, featuring double pleat effect by having top-stitched pressed pleat at center front and back plus crease on each side of inner leg seams, are dart fitted at waistline and have left side zipper closing. Faced button-on panel is optional. Culottes in V2 are above knee length.
