This "Simplicity" pattern is probably from the late 30's or early 40s. (there is no date on the pattern). The original price was 15¢. 40s Sewing Pattern - Dress and Bolero - Simplicity 2321 - Size 18

Junior Misses' Dress and Bolero: Youthful details are the circular skirt, The Peter Pan collar and patch pockets. A choice of long bishop sleeves or short sleeves with groups of shirring across the top is provided. The bolero is sleeveless.

Vintage Simplicity Printed Pattern 2321. Complete cut pattern with instructions. As you can see it the photos the envelope is pretty rough. This is an unprinted factory cut pattern.
