Simplicity 2879; ca. 1938; Misses' Housecoat or Dress. Designed for leisure hours or more active wear is this housecoat or dress. Skirt, in two lengths, seams at back and joins to blouse at waistline. Blouse gives a panel effect at front, has rever collar. Style I buttons at front; long, set-in sleeves. Style II, in an attractive border material, is closed with slide fastener; short sleeves. Style III and IV button in front, are trimmed with ruffling or bias fold tape at collar and short sleeves; patch pockets in Style IV.
