Simplicity 1209; ©1944; Children's and Girls' Blouse: In Style 1, the round neckline and front opening are finished with bias binding and a bow. Lace edging outlines the neck and puffed sleeves. Style II has a square neckline gathered in front and trimmed with an eyelet band. It buttons down the center back and the short puffed sleeve is finished with binding. Style III features a front yoke, pleats and a button closing. The narrow front band, round collar and sleeves are edged with lace. The sleeves may be short or long.
