Simplicity 2235; ©1947; Misses' and Women's Nightgown and Negligee: The bodice front of the nightgown, seamed down the center, is gathered at the upper and lower edges. Lace may be used for the shoulder section and yoke. A front inset joins the bodice and softly gathered skirt and tie ends fasten into a bow at the center back. A front-buttoning inset joins the gathered bodice and skirt of the negligee. The long sleeves are gathered to wide wristbands. Lace may be used for the inset and wristbands.
