Simplicity 3130; ca. 1939; Misses' Blouse and Skirt (Daytime or Evening). This attractive frock is shown in three different versions. Skirt is paneled, finished at waistline by a wide belt. Style I blouse has a low neckline, trimmed with a ribbon bow. Blouse is shirred to shoulder and back yoke; sleeves are short. Style II has a high neckline, closed with bows. Shirrings outline blouse at yoke; sleeves are long. Style III skirt is long and ruffles. It is worn with a ribbon sash. Blouse is outlined with shirrings at low neckline.
