The photo at left is from the Fall/Winter 1971 issue of LADIES' HOME JOURNAL NEEDLE & CRAFT magazine. Description from the magazine:  Unconventionally classic in pattern on pattern. A printed knit tank top (Butterick 6519) is defiantly jaunty in company with the more sedate plaid of the wrap coat & knickers (Butterick 6054).

The 2 photos below are from the Fall/Winter 1973 issue of LADIES' HOME JOURNAL NEEDLE & CRAFT magazine. Description from the magazine: Two wrap-around coats possess the same individualistic spirit as the magnificent blankets woven by the first Americans. The coats are made from Indian patterned blankets by Pendlton. The striped version is fleece lined. To take advantage of each blanket design, we have created special cutting layouts.
