Very Easy Vogue 9428; ca. 1976; Misses' Dress or Top and Skirt. Very loose-fitting, flared dress, three inches below mid-knee or top has square neckline with rounded corners and back zipper closing. With or without pockets in side seams. Full-length sleeves are gathered into buttoned cuffs or short sleeves. Self tie belt holds in fullness at waistline. Flared skirt three inches below mid-knee length has elasticized waistline and pockets in side seams.
