Vogue Couturier Design 2457; ca. 1971; Pertegaz - Misses' Dress. Semi-fitted dress, below knee, has bias collar, front button closing and wrist length sleeves eased into buttoned cuff. Front and back tucks are stitched to below waistline and then released. Self tie bias tubular belt holds in slight fullness at waistline.
