Vogue 3082; ca. 1946; One-Piece Dress. Slim four-piece skirt joins bodice at waist-line. Gathered looped peplum attached to tie belt is optional. Folded bias band joined in shoulder seam simulates a yoke and forms ruffle at neck-line. Cap sleeves cut in one with front and back bodice.
