Vogue Special Design 4999; ©1959; One piece dress. Flared skirt with inverted pleat at each side joins the bodice at the waist-line. Zipper back closing below the straight neck-line. Below elbow length and short sleeves have buttoned extension tabs which form released pleats from the shoulders.
