Hollywood 1717; ca. 1939; One-Piece Frock. The flared skirt has a sectional front panel and joins the blouse under a belt. Front is gathered below shoulder yoke, and buttons below shaped yoke-band. Flat round collar is optional. Long or short fitted sleeves with "puffed-up" gathered top.
