Hollywood 1804; ca. 1946; Buttoned back closing from neck to hem. Four-piece skirt joins blouse at waistline. Single bias patch pocket on skirt and blouse. High neckline with or without bias fold collar. Long sleeves gathered to cuffs and short sleeves.
