Hollywood 701; ca. 1942; One piece dress in instep length or shorter. A shaped mid-section joins the skirt to the blouse in front. The joining in back is under the belt. A deep gathered flounce lengthens the longer version and a circular ruffle finishes the low neck. Deep round yoke in street version. Short fitted or puff sleeves.

Features Brenda Marshall who starred in "Highway West" a Warner Brothers film (note: movie released in 1941).
