3467

Madame Weigel's 3467; published in Madame Weigel's Journal of Fashion September 1, 1910; Lady's skirt, with band at foot. The skirt is very prettily made with pin-tucks at the top, extending all round except the immediate front. The lower part of the upper section is gathered into the deep band, which forms an important feature of the skirt. This band may be made of plain material, the skirt being figured, with very smart effect.
