3470

Madame Weigel's 3470; published in Madame Weigel's Journal of Fashion September 1, 1910; Young lady's skirt, with band at foot. This skirt, which is made in five gores, is gathered all round at the top and also at the foot, except in centre front. There is a deep band at the bottom, slightly shaped, which is particularly effective when of contrasting material. The skirt is cut rather narrow, being about two yards wide, and is suitable for making in light materials.
