Madame Weigel's 3473; published in Madame Weigel's Journal of Fashion September 1, 1910; Lady's gathered skirt, with band at knee. This skirt is gathered at the waist all round, except in the centre front, and is gathered also just below the knee, where it is held in with a band of insertion.
