Madame Weigel's 4130; published in Madame Weigel's Journal of Fashion October 2, 1916; Lady's one-piece flared skirt. This one-piece skirt is made with a lap seam in front where the placket is formed; the bottom may be finished with a hem or with rows of braid, as suggested in the illustration.
