Madame Weigel's 4399; published in Madame Weigel's Journal of Fashion April 1, 1919; Lady's three-gored underskirt; cut full length, with flounce laid on. This underskirt is made with front and back pieces, which are cut the full length; the flounce being laid on. As the illustrations suggest the flounce may be trimmed with a narrow frill if desired.
