Madame Weigel's 4489; ca. 1920s; Boy's jumper, with vest and sailor collar; sleeve with box pleat or cuff. This jumper is made to slip over the head and fastens at the side of vest. The sleeve has a box-pleat at wrist, or it may be gathered into a cuff. The collar and tie may be made of contrasting material. Suitable materials are linen, pique, tussore silk, Fuji, serge, etc.
