Madame Weigel's 5327; published in Madame Weigel's Journal of Fashion November 1, 1927; Lady's dress, cut down in one with three gathered or French-pleated flounces. This smart dress is made with gathered or French-pleated flounces. The neck is finished with a collar, but a square neck may be made if preferred. Either a narrow sash or a waistbelt may finish the top of the flounces. It is suitable for making in georgette, crepe de chine, or any other silk, voile or any soft material, with contrasting collar and waistbelt.
