Madame Weigel's 6514; published in Madame Weigel's Journal of Fashion November 1, 1944; Girl's frock. Very smart is this dainty little frock with its interesting pointed panel front, puff sleeves and full skirt. The frills may be of picot-edged material, lace or net. It is suitable for making in organdie, hail-spot muslin, dimity, voile, georgette, crepe-de-chine, etc.
