Madame Weigel's 6967; published in Madame Weigel's Journal of Fashion September 1, 1945; Lady's hat. Here we have a clever little hat that takes very little material to make, just a scrap left over from suit or coat. Not only are these hats charming and young, but easy to make. The original was finished with a veil. Suitable materials are velvet, felt, suede, ribbon, etc.
