Mail Order 1647; ca. 1940s; rim Shirtwaister. No junior wardrobe can be without a slick and smartly tailored shirtwaist style like this. The dress has a proud little collar, a neatly faced opening that buttons to the waist. A skirt that's full and gathered all around below a trim belted waistline. Sleeves may be don in wing-fashion neatly banded or regular short or 3/4 length sleeves may be used.
