Mail Order 4H-2772; ca. 1930s; Ladies' and Misses' Dress and Separate Bolero. Dress with v-neck, attached collar, revers and trimming piece, or open neck with detachable collar; patch pockets at front, long sleeves perforated for short sleeves with cuffs. Attached five-piece skirt, removable belt or sash. Bolero with set-in long or short sleeves. 15 pieces.
This emblem may be traced and stitched in outline stitch using white embroidery cotton. The club uniform is one made of white cotton material with separate collar and cuffs of green material. By having the collar and cuffs separate from the dress, the club girl may use the dress for other purposes with other collars and cuffs. Cuffs: On the left cuff, work the name of the club and the county. On the right cuff, trace and work a four-leaf clover like the sketch above, using white embroidery cotton and the outline stitch. Cuffs may be stitched to sleeves or finished as detachable cuffs. They are fastened securely in place either by tacking or by pinning invisibly with safety pins. Collar: The collar is held in place by the tab which is fastened down with a 4-H pin.
