Own Name Mail Order 669;  ca. 1930s; Ladies' and Misses' Dress.  The dress is closed under the left arm.  Waist has open front with inset, crossed-over vestee.  Attached collar and revers.  Long set-in sleeves are perforated for short sleeves with circular ruffles.  Attached four-piece circular skirt with yokes (front and back), attached to waist under a removable belt.
