Progressive Farmer: This pattern contains transfers and directions for making smocked cafe curtains in two different designs in single or double tiers and directions for making long drapes. Transfers given are sufficient for making either two pairs of cafe curtains in each design or one pair with matching valance. Both designs are suitable for living room, den or kitchen depending on the type of fabric used. Use heavy cotton, linen, pique, fine corduroy, antique satin, velveteen or any similar fabric for curtains and drapes; lining material for top of face curtains, and for drapes if desired.
