Mail Order 8114 A Pattern Service
This pattern makes a child's dress and a cape with armholes. The dress buttons at the front with one big button and has a yoke. The dress gathers bishop style onto the yoke. Can be sleeveless or with short puffed sleeves. The cape also buttons at the front and has a yoke. Slits for hands in the front. Marked "Sew Simple."
The pattern's envelope has a postmark of 1978. This pattern is unprinted. The pattern came from Pattern Service in New York.
