Mail Order 944; Patchwork Fan Quilt: This pattern (complete in one sheet) contains directions for making a patchwork Fan Quilt. Use a closely woven washable cotton or polyester fabric for Quilt and Lining, sheet cotton or dacron batt for Interlining. Make the entire quilt from scraps or use 8 different fabrics and repeat throughout. Yardages are given for the latter arrangement. Each fabric is numbered and patched lettered to aid in joining pieces to form a perfect block as shown on Block Chart.
