Mail Order M9219; ca. 1940s; One piece dress with button front closure full-length. Variations on modified Princess seam construction can include ruffles from waistline to over shoulder seams creating butterfly-style sleeveds when bodice is made sleeveless. Sleeves can be done in short or full-length as well. Center front panels can also be done in a contrast. Neckline is low-plunging V-shaped and collarless.
