Marian Martin "Sew-Chart" T 9096 mail-order pattern (appears to be identical to unbranded Mail Order 9096 ). Belted dress has collar, button front bodice, short or 3/4 sleeves, angled pockets. Postmark is undated, but style and source suggests 1950s (however, the Mail Order 9096 referenced above is labeled 1940s in the Wiki).
