Description from the magazine: Make dolly a "clover pinafore! Add a print dress, a courduroy beret, corduroy coat, faced in the dress print. Nightie included. Fits Maggie, Alice, other Madame Alexander dolls, 15', 18". Pattern, blue transfer, 35 cents.

McCall's 1669 for girls is a "matching" dress & pinafore.
