McCall's 1854; ca. 1950s; Transfer Pattern. Design for Smocking Border Adaptable to Different Widths. Pattern includes 2 strips of banding 4 3/4" wide and about 34" long and 2 curved pieces 4 3/4" deep. Each transfer piece will stamp about 3 times to make a total of 5 5/8 yds. of straight 4 3/4" banding and 6 curved pieces. The curved pieces are for round neck edges. A leaflet of directions, with smocking details is also included.
