McCall's 2311 ©1985; Girls' Dress: Low-waisted dress, all views, has blouson bodice with shoulder yokes, front and back neckbands, buttoned back opening, lower front band, elastic in back casing and gathered skirt; three-quarter or above elbow length sleeves with gathered caps are gathered to cuffs. Views A and B have ribbon bow at shoulder and ribbon trim on cuffs and lower band. NOTE: Dress has stay (underbodice) to retain blouson effect. When using sheer fabric for dress, skirt is lined.
