McCall's 4767; ©1958; Misses' High Blouson, One-Piece Dress. One-piece dress is fitted through waistline and hips below high placed blousing. Inverted pleat in bodice and waking pleat in skirt at center back. With or without three-quarter sleeves. Underbodice, which is faced, holds blousing in place. Left side placket.
