McCall's 4819; ©1958; Maternity overblouse and slim kangaroo skirt which adjusts by means of tie-strings at waistline. Overblouse has bias band inserted in yoke seam which is high Empire in front, dipping lower in back. Back pleats. Short or three-quarter length sleeves, cut in one with yoke. Open rounded neckline, with or without collar.
