McCall's 4990; ©1959; Misses' Dress "Easy To Sew". Low V-neck sheath dress with snap-on shield. Shield is lined. With or without notched shawl collar which is faced and interfaced. Short or three-quarter length sleeves cut in one with back and front of dress. Long darts back and front, low pleat in back. Left side zipper placket.
