Back buttoned, smocked dress with lower back gathered to upper back and front gathered to yoke; attached, two-piece gathered net petticoat. Set-in sleeves in choice of two lengths. Short sleeves elasticized, forming ruffles. Long sleeves gathered into buttoned bands. Back tie belt, choice of two contrasting collars. Transfers included for two smocking designs.
