Overblouse may be sleeveless or have short, set-in sleeves. With sleeves, blouse has patch pockets. Neck and lower edge of sleeveless blouse bound with bias contrast fabric; applied bow. Slim skirt has back pleat, may be lined. Flared skirt stiffened with interfacing fabric. Either skirt has left side zipper placket.
