McCall's 6495; ca. 1962;  Helen Lee - Girls' Dress with Attached Petticoat. Dress with fitted bodice, bias front and three-gore gathered skirt has three-quarter set-in sleeves.  Center back is closed with a zipper extending into the skirt.  Lower edge of bodice front, neck edge, sleeves and pocket are bound with purchased fold-over braid.  Bodice front and bias skirt pocket are organdy lined.  Gathered net petticoat is stitched into waistline seam of dress.  Lower edge of petticoat is finished with double fold bias tape.
