McCall's No. 6649 Half size Dress with Slim or Full Skirt vintage sewing pattern c 1962.

"Dress with front buttoned,bloused bodice and three gore slim skirt or four gore skirt with unpressed pleats. Collar and bodice fronts are faced and interfaced. Short, set in sleeves are turned back to form cuffs. Bodice is gathered in waistline seam at side back and side front. Slim skirt has side front pleats, darts and low pleat at back. Slim dress has left side zipper placket, left side opening of full dress is fastened with zipper, hook and eye and snaps."
