Sleeveless, front buttoned dress with unpressed box pleats at back and front. Pleats are stitched on inside part way down from neck and shoulders. Patch pockets and upper part of dress are lined with organdy. Pockets are sewn to both back and front of dress. Designed by Helen Lee
