Dress has three-quarter length set-in sleeves gathered into bands, two-piece collar and applied bow of self fabric, center back zipper. V-neck vest, faced with contrasting fabric, is fastened with link buttons. Bag is lined with contrasting fabric. Dress collar, vest neck and fronts and bag are interfaced.
