Dress or jumper may be lined and may have below waistline belt held by self-fabric carriers. Lined, open front jacket, with long set-in sleeves and collar on V-neckline, is closed with hook and eye at neck. Front buttoned blouse, with bias ruffle included in neck facing seam, has ruffles formed at wrists of long sleeves by elastic sewn under sleeves. Dress or jumper neckline and belt, blouse and jacket fronts and jacket collar are interfaced.
